We know that you depend on us for the fuel used to heat your homes, power your hot water, cook or grill your food and more, so we’re committed to maintaining reliable service while also limiting the spread of the coronavirus. At this time, we will continue to deliver gas during normal business hours.

Serving our customers safely is our number one priority. With that in mind, Blossman Gas is re-opening its retail locations on June 1st.

With more time spent at home, you may need to increase the frequency of your gas deliveries. Please monitor your propane tank, unless you are on Blossman’s Worry-Free program.

Steps Blossman Gas is taking to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

The following steps are being taken to ensure the safety and security of our employees and valued customers.

Blossman Gas is sanitizing company vehicles prior to the start of each shift. This includes, but is not limited to, a wipe-down of vehicle seats, dashboards, door handles, and steering wheels.

All workspaces will be cleaned before and after each use. This includes, but not limited to, all Blossman equipment, company computers, and phones.

Blossman Gas has established a set of protocols to ensure that any of our employees who are potentially infected stay at home.

All Blossman Gas employees are following strict guidelines set forth by the CDC and WHO on washing hands and cleanliness.

Q.  Is Blossman Gas actively delivering propane?

A.  Yes. At this time, we will continue to deliver gas during normal business hours. We know that you depend on us for the fuel used to heat your homes, power your hot water, cook or grill your food and more, so we’re committed to maintaining safe, reliable service.

 

Q.  Can I still exchange or fill my BBQ cylinder?

A.  Yes. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop, we are taking a different approach to filling grill cylinders. Please observe social distancing and place your cylinder outside of your vehicle. We will fill it and bring it back to you. Our goal is to maintain the distance required for the safety of our personnel and to still meet your needs.

 

Q.  Are propane deliveries delayed?

A.  No. Currently, our stores are not experiencing delays with deliveries.

 

Q.  Should I be concerned about a propane shortage?

A.  99% of propane used in the U.S. is produced in North America. This means, we are not reliant on other countries and do not anticipate a propane shortage.

 

Q.  How can I check my tank level now that I’m using more propane at home?

A.  With more time being spent at home, Blossman Gas is recommending that customers regularly monitor their propane tank to ensure an adequate level of propane to fuel your water heater, cooktop, clothes dryer, furnace or other gas appliances.

Q.  How can I pay my bill?

Q.  Are Blossman stores open to walk-in traffic?

Q.  What steps are you taking to ensure my safety if you need to come into my home?

A.  Blossman Gas is sanitizing company vehicles and equipment prior to the start of each shift. This includes, but is not limited to, a wipe-down of vehicle seats, dashboards, door handles, and steering wheels. Blossman Gas employees are also wearing the proper PPE prior to entering a home. This includes masks, foot covers, hazmat suit (if needed), and any other precautions to ensure the safety of you as well as our employees. All workspaces will be cleaned before and after each use. This includes, but not limited to, all Blossman equipment, company computers, and phones. Blossman Gas has established a set of protocols to ensure that any of our employees who are potentially infected stay at home. All Blossman Gas employees are following strict guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC and WHO.
