Description

Navien’s ComfortFlow® system is the first tankless water heater to incorporate a buffer tank, recirculation pump, and precise controls, effectively eliminating the “cold-water sandwich” effect and issues with low flow rates found in other models. The built-in EZNav™ control panel with backlit icons and text simplifies setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Additional options include the NaviCirc™ for hot water recirculation without a dedicated return line (external pump required for NPE-S2), the H2Air® Kit for using the NPE-A2’s pump to circulate hot water in a hydronic air handler (ideal for integrating space heating and domestic hot water), and the HotButton® system, which activates the internal recirculation pump and burner for instant hot water at the push of a button (built-in with NPE-2; external pump needed for NPE-A2).
