Turn Over A New Leaf! Spinach Side Dish

With the New Year right around the corner, we wanted to share with you one of Blossman’s favorite recipes that is perfect for the holiday! It’s made with green spinach which is symbolic of prosperity and wealth in the New Year. This spinach side dish is always a big hit with our family and friends. We hope you enjoy it too!

Fresh Green Spinach Leaves in Bowl and On Gray TableIngredients
6 oz cream cheese
2 oz butter
10 oz frozen, chopped spinach (undrained)
3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste
•  Preheat oven to 350°.
•  In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, melt the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Remove from heat.
•  Add chopped spinach (uncooked and undrained) to the mix.
•  Season with salt and pepper.
•  Add bread crumbs until soggy in the mixture, and place mixture into a small casserole dish.
•  Top with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.
This yummy side dish serves 4. Enjoy!
