Savory Spaghetti Bake
Spaghetti Bake Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
8 ounces of cream chesse
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 pound cottage cheese (8 ounces)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
I package of spaghetti (16 ounces)
Grated cheddar or parmesan cheese (as desired)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Boil spaghetti noodles until al dente (firm). Drain and set aside until ready to assemble.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese into medium bowl until well blended.
Brown ground beef in saucepan, and drain well. Combine the ground beef with spaghetti sauce.
Place a few slices of butter into a 9”x13” baking dish. Layer half of the spaghetti noodles on top.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the noodles.
Layer remaining noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Place a few more slices of butter on top of the noodles.
Pour your spaghetti and meat sauce on top of the noodles.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle desired amount of grated cheese on top, and return to the oven for 15 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
