Easy Grilled Vegetables Recipe

These simple grilled vegetables are sure to be a hit with the whole family! Especially if you let the kids get creative with their veggie choices and toppings. That’s one of the best things about this recipe, you can make it with any vegetables you have on hand. Letting the kids experiment with the seasonings may also get them to eat a larger variety of veggies!

Easy Grilled Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. zucchini, sliced thick
  • 1 lb. bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. McCormick’s Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Turn grill on to medium-high heat. Place a grill pan or foil directly on grill grates.
  2. Put cut vegetables in a large bowl. Add seasoning and olive oil. Toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer vegetables to grill pan or foil. Stir vegetables until they are lightly charred, about 2-3 minutes.
