Budget
Plan
With approved credit, you can qualify for
Blossman's Budget Plan. Your gas purchases are
spread over the entire year, so you make equal payments each
month. You can work your Blossman bill into your monthly
budget and there is never an unexpected charge. Plus your
Blossman account is as good as money in the bank. If you have
a credit balance, you'll earn interest on the money just like
a savings account!
The Budget Plan is your most cost
efficient option. With this plan:
- You always pay the lowest possible retail rate for gas
- You are guaranteed that your gas price will never exceed
the Budget Plan cap rate that is set for the calendar period
July 1 through June 30.
- You are entitled to automatic delivery

automatic payment
plan. Enjoy the convenience of electronic funds
transfer. On the same day each month, your payment will be
automatically transferred from your bank to Blossman. No
check-writing, no stamps, no worries!
Thirty Day Account
Traditional
billing is always available. Our gas service is billed by mail
each month. Payments received within thirty days clear the
account. Additional charges accrued for late payments.
Credit Card
Payment
Charge your monthly gas service on your
credit card. Blossman accepts Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover.
Minimum
Payment Plan
With approved credit, you have the
option of paying the entire bill or the minimum monthly
amount. This plan is like a revolving charge account. The
minimum monthly amount is 25% of the total bill. And there are
no restrictions on the number of months you have to pay it
back.
Cash on Delivery
It?s easy to pay as
you go with Blossman. If you prefer to pay cash for purchases,
you can make arrangements with your local Blossman store prior
to delivery.
Pre-Purchase
Plan
Blossman's pre-purchase program allows you to
buy your gas at a fixed rate during the low cost summer
months. Applications are accepted for this program from June 1
through September 30 each year.
